Why should you spray for mosquitoes and ticks?
Mosquito eggs are notoriously resilient, being able to survive up to 7 years before hatching and annoying you. Not only are they a pain, but they can carry diseases and pose a serious threat to the people they bite. Luckily, there are ways to cut off the population and make sure that they don’t get out of control. We start spraying on April 1st to disrupt their life cycle and prevent the mosquito population from exploding. Usually, this continues until October, and we’ll spray every three weeks to keep your protection going.
Some clients request spraying as late as mid-November, which helps prevent ticks on your property. This can be especially helpful for protecting children and pets, who are the most susceptible to ticks. Just as bloodthirsty as mosquitoes, ticks can also become a big nuisance if they appear in your area. Perillo and his team have done many jobs for my such as mowing, trimming, aeration and his most recent and new service mosquito and tick spraying. All his services are great always good communication when something changes such as weather or any emergencies he might run into on the job. Work is always done well and they always clean up well after themselves. But this review I would like to really focus on one that blew me away. The tick and mosquito treatment. I was having a party for my daughter and he had an opening the same day and was able to fit me in. He assured it was safe for pets and people it’s just good to let it dry out for an hour I’m guessing so you don’t track it back into the house. As the party died down and the sun set I took a min to sit outside and noticed we weren’t getting swarmed by bugs. We didn’t have any of our lanterns on just a bug lamp that turns on once it gets dark enough. Which usually is going off every second around that time. But this time I was here 1-2 with long pauses in between. My wife was so happy with the product that we may do it for the summer until the weather starts dropping. Ask about their multi service packages and they may have a special discount that month. At lease have them stop by for a quote and chat with Shawn.
