I contacted Perillo Property maintenance via Facebook messenger on a Sunday morning for a super small job - my mailbox fell down! I received a response within the hour and by the end of the day the owner was at my house for an estimate and timeframe and the next day it was fixed when I wasn’t even home. He sent me pictures to show the work completed and an invoice within an hour to my email - which I paid in three clicks on my phone with Apple Pay! It was a super small job but mailboxes are crucial, so it was a big job to me. Thank you for being a local businessperson to be appreciated.

Hired them to spray for ticks and mosquitos. I live right near a creek and this time of year I normally wouldn't even be able to sit outside but now I can sit out with no mosquitos in sight! Signing up was easy and so far they are always on time and pricing is very fair.

Shawn has been very helpful when I needed a snowplow person this past winter. Now he is doing lawn maintenance and also helping with landscaping. Yesterday he put stone trim around 4 trees in my front yard. He works fast and efficiently and is very professional. I would recommend him to anyone.

Shawn and his team have done a wonderful job! We have been using them for over a year and they provide grass cutting services, tick and mosquito spraying, and fall and spring cleanup for us. They even do winter driveway plowing for us! They are always on time and very professional. They are responsive and easy to get in touch with. They send an invoice over email/text which is also super convenient. I highly recommend Shawn and his team!

Perillo and his team have done many jobs for my such as mowing, trimming, aeration and his most recent and new service mosquito and tick spraying. All his services are great always good communication when something changes such as weather or any emergencies he might run into on the job. Work is always done well and they always clean up well after themselves. But this review I would like to really focus on one that blew me away. The tick and mosquito treatment. I was having a party for my daughter and he had an opening the same day and was able to fit me in. He assured it was safe for pets and people it’s just good to let it dry out for an hour I’m guessing so you don’t track it back into the house. As the party died down and the sun set I took a min to sit outside and noticed we weren’t getting swarmed by bugs. We didn’t have any of our lanterns on just a bug lamp that turns on once it gets dark enough. Which usually is going off every second around that time. But this time I was here 1-2 with long pauses in between. My wife was so happy with the product that we may do it for the summer until the weather starts dropping. Ask about their multi service packages and they may have a special discount that month. At lease have them stop by for a quote and chat with Shawn.

He fixed A very difficult landscaping problem, and was very mindful of the cost. Would highly recommend him.
