I contacted Perillo Property maintenance via Facebook messenger on a Sunday morning for a super small job - my mailbox fell down! I received a response within the hour and by the end of the day the owner was at my house for an estimate and timeframe and the next day it was fixed when I wasn’t even home. He sent me pictures to show the work completed and an invoice within an hour to my email - which I paid in three clicks on my phone with Apple Pay!
